Ben Ranyard, owner of theĀ traditional British cut flowers and seed website Higgledy Garden needed to re-think his logo as it was cutting it a little close to the works of Shepard Fairey. He wanted to something that goes against the grain in terms of the normal demographic that would buy cut flowers and seeds and wanted to incorporate a stronger motif.
In the end he decided to weather the potential plagiarism storm. You should check out the site though he’s a brilliant, funny writer.
